Box 383 Kentfield, CA 94914 415-461-7338 May 4, 2010 Neighborhood Safety Alert Dear Greenbrae Resident: The GPOA has learned that approximately four burglaries have occurred in Greenbrae in the past several months, on Via La Cumbre and Via La Paz. One potential scenario is that the thieves pose as a cleaning crew, watch for an opportunity, break in, and leave with valuables in bags, acting as if they completed a cleaning job. We will be meeting soon with County of Marin and City of Larkspur law enforcement agencies on this issue, seeking an increase in patrols and whatever additional assistance they can provide. Meanwhile, please be on the look out for suspicious behavior in your neighborhood and lock your doors, set your alarms, and take other reasonable precautions. It is up to all of us to be vigilant in securing and protecting our properties, and helping the neighborhood as a whole to remain a safe place to live. Thank you. Sincerely, GPOA Board -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
