Sir Francis Drake Boulevard Rehabilitation Project Environmental Impact Report Scoping Meeting on January 10, 2017

Dear Greenbrae Residents,

I’m writing to let you know that, as the next step in the Sir Francis Drake Boulevard Rehabilitation project process, the County of Marin will be preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the project. In connection with the EIR, the County of Marin is soliciting comments on specific issues to be included in the environmental review. The County of Marin encourages public comments on the scope of issues to be evaluated. In addition, the County of Marin will conduct a public scoping meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., at the Bacich School Multipurpose Room, which is located at 699 Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Kentfield. The County of Marin invites all interested members of the public to attend this meeting and present verbal or written comments on the scope of issues to be evaluated in the EIR. The Greenbrae Property Owners Association encourages residents of our community to attend this meeting.

The County of Marin also will accept will accept written comments about the scope of the EIR until 4:00 p.m. on January 17, 2017. Comments can be sent by mail to the attention of Rachel Reid, Environmental Planning Manager, at 3501 Civic Center Drive, Suite 308, San Rafael, California, 94903.
